lol, his nose wont grow because the second his nose starts growing he will have told the truth.
the universe will annihilate if this ever happens
The problem is the grammar...will is future, now is present...He has not lied he has just not made any grammatical sense.
The grammar is fine. At the instant he says will, now is still in the future.
If the grammar were the problem, it could simply be changed to:"My nose will grow as a result of this statement."
